By using ProxyRouter (the "Software") you agree to these terms. The Software is provided by ProxyRouter ("we", "us"). (placeholder: replace with your legal entity name before launch)
1. License grant
On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, up to the seat count of your plan. Lifetime plans remain valid within the current major version; subscription plans are valid while active.
2. Restrictions
- Resell, redistribute, or rent the Software or license keys.
- Reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with license verification.
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes.
3. What the Software is
ProxyRouter is a local traffic router. It contains no proxy core and provides no proxy nodes or subscriptions. The upstream proxies you connect to are provided by, and are the responsibility of, you. You are responsible for complying with local laws on network and proxy use.
4. Payments
Payments, billing and sales tax are handled by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
